Create Custom Questions that automatically send forms
If you use the Custom Forms feature of CDLSuite (formerly MyCDLapp.com) to add your company's forms to your application process you now have the ability to send your form to applicants based on their answer to a Custom Question that you create.
Auto-Send Questions allow you to ask applicants a “Yes/No” question, and based on their answer, a custom form of your choosing is sent to the applicant upon submission of the application. You create question (in Yes/No format), as well as the form that is sent. You then determine whether the form is sent based on the “Yes” answer or on the “No” answer.
Auto-Send Questions can be placed in any section on the CDL or Non-CDL application. You have the option of making the question "Required" or leaving it up to the applicant to decide whether or not to answer.
